The following are scripts you may use for your
self-hypnosis sessions...
Right-mouse click on the script title you would like to
download and choose the "Save As" option from the pop-up
menu, then specify where you want to store them. When
choosing the place, make sure it is easy to remember, so
you know where the scripts are.
